Data sources

Film titles, artwork, release dates, and overviews are provided by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Streaming, rental, purchase, and free availability data is provided by JustWatch, delivered via the TMDB API. Availability is regional and changes constantly — every franchise page shows the date its offers were last checked.

The link behind each service name — the one that opens the title on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and the rest — also comes from JustWatch. Those links are region-specific and are rechecked rather than hand-written, so a service that stops carrying a title loses its link when the data is next refreshed. Where we hold no link for a service, its name is shown as plain text rather than a link that might be wrong.

Following one of those links takes you to the service, where their terms and privacy policy apply. We may in future earn a commission on rentals and purchases made after following one; if that starts, the links will carry a referral code and our privacy policy will say so. It does not change which services are listed, the order they appear in, or any of the curation below.

Watchlist Loop's curation (which films are essential, recommended, optional, or skippable) is editorial and not provided by TMDB or JustWatch.
